  • Cancellation requested before accessing premium features or downloading templates
  • Service interruptions exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our technical failures
  • Significant feature changes that materially affect your subscribed service level

Please note that refunds are not typically granted for change of mind, competing service preferences, or after extensive use of our premium spreadsheet templates and learning resources.
